2. Candidate Placement Policy

• Free Placement: All placement support, counseling, and interview scheduling services are 100% free for job seeking candidates.
• Authenticity of Information: Candidates must provide truthful, authentic information regarding qualifications, experience, and identity. Any falsification may result in immediate disqualification or termination of placement.
• Verification Compliance: Candidates agree to undergo identity verification (Aadhaar/PAN), background checks, and police clearance where required by the hiring company or household.

3. Employer & Client Obligations

• Fair Treatment & Statutory Compliance: Employers must treat placed candidates with dignity, provide safe working environments, and adhere to applicable minimum wage and labor standards.
• Service Fees: Placement terms, commercial fees, and replacement warranty periods are governed by the specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) executed between the employer and RK Placement Service Centre.
• Replacement Guarantee: In the event a placed candidate vacates the role within the contracted guarantee timeframe, RK Placement Service Centre provides replacement profiles in accordance with the SLA terms.

4. Intellectual Property & Website Use

All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, icons, and software, is the property of RK Placement Service Centre and protected under Indian intellectual property laws. Unauthorized duplication or scraping of data is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

While RK Placement Service Centre conducts thorough background and document screening, final employment contracts and operational oversight remain the mutual responsibility of the employer and the candidate. RK Placement Service Centre shall not be liable for direct or indirect losses arising from post-placement conduct.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
